Summer is here and it is time to munch on some delicious mangoes. Be it a mango shake or a mango sago pudding, this fruit dominates desserts across homes during summer.

If you are looking for a healthy mango recipe that can be made in minutes and is low in calories, we are here to help.

How to make mango oats pudding at home

To make this oats pudding you need, 1/2 cup oats, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 small ripe mango.

For the topping you need 50 g white chocolate and 1 tbsp coconut oil

To make this pudding, start by cutting a ripe mango into small pieces. In a mixer grinder, add yogurt, milk, oats, honey and cut mangoes. Blend it into a paste.
Next microwave white chocolate for a few seconds and mix well with 1tsp coconut oil.

Add the topping to the oat-mango pudding and refrigerate overnight. Serve it chilled with some cut mangoes.

Benefits of having oats and mangoes in summer

Oats and mangoes are a great combination to have in summer. They are both hydrating foods that are helpful during the hot summer days.

Mangoes are also packed with vitamins that are essential for immune health and skin repair. Oats provide a slow-release source of energy due to their complex carbohydrates, providing high energy levels throughout the day.
You can enjoy oats as overnight oats, oatmeal, or even blend them into smoothies, like we just did!
