Did you know that there is a correct way of eating apples? Yes, you heard it right.
Hormone and gut specialist Farzana Nasser shared it on Instagram. He said that the middle part of an apple is a storehouse of microbes or good bacteria which is 10 times more beneficial than the outer part of the fruit and keeps our gut healthy.
He also advised that apples should be cut in round shape just like onions instead of in long pieces. So next time you eat an apple, just remove the seeds and eat the remaining part along with the whole apple.
