Aam panna is a refreshing summer drink made from raw mangoes, blended with mint, cumin, and sugar, offering a delightful balance of sweet and tangy flavors. It's not only thirst-quenching but also rich in vitamins, making it a perfect choice to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients

1 Raw Mango
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup Mint leaves
1/4 tsp Black salt
1tsp Cumin powder
1tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
3tsp Lemon juice
5 De-seeded Dates

Recipe for aam panna 

To make Aam Panna, peel and chop 1 raw mango and boil it in a pressure cooker with a few dates and salt to taste. Allow it to cool, then transfer the mixture to a grinder. Add 1/2 cup of mint leaves, 1/4 tsp of black salt, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of fennel seeds powder, and 3 tsp of lemon juice. Grind everything together, strain it into a bowl, and then add 3-4 glasses of cold water. Your Aam Panna is ready to drink!
