2 cups of veggies chopped
1 small onion
80g tofu / paneer
1 tsp ginger chopped
1 tsp garlic chopped
2 green chillies
2 tbsp ragi flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in a pan and cook the veggies on high heat. Next add 2 cups of water and let it simmer for 5-6 mins. Later add paneer/tofu with salt and soya sauce. Once the broth is formed. Add the ragi water mix and cook until the soup thickens. Make sure there are no lumps in the ragi. And enjoy!
