What is the 2-2-2 method

It is a dietary approach that involves drinking 2 big bottles of water, eating 2 servings each of fruits and vegetables, and taking 2 walks in addition to your regular fitness routine.
Jenna Rizzo, a women’s weight-loss coach has suggested that if you follow this method for just three weeks, your body's going to feel so good that you'll want to continue this process.

According to the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, published by the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, adults should aim for 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and two days of muscle strengthening a week.

Tips for effective weight loss 

Set Realistic Goals: Start with achievable goals to stay motivated.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Eat Balanced Meals: Include a mix of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
