To make 'Kakdichi Bhakri' you will need:

1 Cucumber
1/2 cup Sooji(rava)
Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp green chilli paste (or as per your preference)
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste

Recipe to make 'Kakdichi Bhakri'

'Kakdichi Bhakri' is very easy to make and you can try it this summer. To make it grate one cucumber, add 1/2 cup sooji (rava), finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and salt to it. Mix them well. Then put oil into a pan and spread the mixture equally on it and cook both sides. Serve it with ketchup or a home cooked chutney.

Why you should have lighter meals during the summer months

Eating heavy meals increases your body's internal temperature as it works harder to digest food. This can make you feel hotter. Lighter meals are easier to digest, thus producing less heat. Dehydration is a common concern in hot weather, and consuming foods with high water content can complement your fluid intake, keeping you well-hydrated.
