Ingredients needed to make this snack:
- Papad
- Butter
- Garlic
- Cheese
- Oregano
- Chilliflakes
- Peri peri
- Mayonnaise
Steps to make Peri Peri Cheese Garlic Papad Fries:
- Take papad and soak it in water for a bit and take it out
- Repeat it for the other papad too
- Lay all of them on a tray or plate
- Spread butter on them followed by garlic, cheese, oregano, chilli flakes.
- Thereafter roll the papads perfectly
- Put them in baking tray and bake them for about 7-8 minutes
- Cut the baked papads in half and put them in paper bag and
- Put peri peri and mixed herbs of your choice into it
- Shake the bag well
- Serve the papad with mayonnaise or any chutney of your choice
- Enjoy!!!
