How much must you walk to keep your heart in good health? A new research has put a cap and surprisingly it is just 21-minutes per day.
The review conducted by Harvard Medical School analysed data on walking and heart health and ascertained that a 21-minute walk per day was sufficient to reduce the risk of heart diseases.
According to the review, meeting this goal lowers your risk of developing heart disease by 30%.
The research also suggested that walking regularly reduces the risk of elevated cholesterol, blood pressure, obesity and diabetes.
