Mediterranean diet is known for its multiple health benefits and recent research shows that it is good for fertility as well.This diet consists of fruits, vegetables and legumes.
The research conducted by Monash University, the University of the Sunshine Coast, and the University of South Australia found that the Mediterranean diet enhances the sperm quality and improves fertility.
Researchers also identified that the anti-inflammatory properties of a Mediterranean diet increase the chances of fertility in couples who are trying to conceive over a longer period of time.
