For most people, making bed first thing in the morning is a part of their daily routine. But apparently, we shouldn’t be doing it as soon we get up.
We not only sweat when we are asleep but also shed skin, which is a magnet for dust mites & bed bugs. A study conducted by Kingston University suggests that by making our bed first thing every morning, we are trapping all the damp air and helping dust mites/ bed bugs breed.
Hence, experts recommend airing our bed for at least an hour every day and if we don’t have that much time before heading to work, we can do it when we get back.
