Recently Dr Shriram Nene shared recipe for ABCG juice on Instagram. Well, even though the name seems new, the ingredients of the juice are not.
ABCG juice contains apple, beetroot, carrot, ginger and is full of vitamins. It brings glow to the skin and boosts immunity.
How to prepare ABCG juice
Take 300g of both beetroot and carrot, 100g of apple and a little amount of ginger. Mix everything in a blender and strain to remove all the fiber as the pulp itself is rich in fiber. Add half a spoon of lemon juice and salt to it, mix well and serve.
Benefits of ABCG juice
This drink is packed with nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin A, zinc, potassium, manganese and is best for detoxing your body. It is advised to consume on an empty stomach.
