According to study published in Mayo Clinic Proceedings, people who struggle to sleep at night or depend on sleeping pills should consider exercising and maintain fitness.
For the study, researchers reviewed survey data of more than 2,40,000 participants. The findings suggested that being physically fit can help one sleep better.
Experts also concluded that people who are in good physical shape have a lower risk of taking sleeping pills from doctors.
