In our day-to-day lives, we often deal with stress and work-life tension by partying, going on weekend trips and sometimes sleeping at home. We should break free from this routine by understanding that some energies can cause stress and tension permanently in our bodies. However, if we work on these negative energies, we can easily manage to lead a stress-free life.

The human body, mind and heart have many energetic attachments and we tend to live in these entangled spaces most of the time. Types of cords decide the suffering of that person. Emotional attachment creates a strong cord between two bodies where one person takes away the positive energy and the other gets drained.

Some cords are also toxic where knowingly or unknowingly, due to hatred, jealousy, revenge, and bad intentions joins energetic poisonous cords with the target.

How dangerous can negative cords be?

Karmic cords affect a person's life on a deeper level. These are coming from one's past lives. Mostly these cords give a person fears, traumas and depression.

How to get rid of negative cords?

To get rid of these cords, always be aware of what you think. The best way to deal with negative cords is sending unconditional love. If you learn to stay in a state of unconditional love, which is a gradual process, negative cord attachments won't affect you.
