3. Get hydrated - Make sure to be hydrated and drink enough water throughout the day.

4. Exercise - Get up and exercise. Engage in regular physical activity, but try to avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime.

5. Stay away from stress - Make sure to stay away from stress if you want a good night's rest.
