We all tend to feel lethargic, especially during winters and end up munching on junk food to alleviate our hunger pangs.

Recently, fitness trainer Nidhi Sharma shared a video on Instagram about planning the right food items that will help rejuvenate or boost energy.  

Healthy food to boost your energy  

Coconut water- Coconut water is the best drink to boost energy and it is also a good source of nutrients.

Bananas- Banana is handy and a filling option for you. It contains fibre and provides instant energy.  

Oranges- Oranges are powerhouse of vitamin C, minerals and fibres that instantly lift our mood.

Dates- Dates are natural source of sugar which instantly increase stamina levels when we are exhausted.  

Sesame seeds- Sesame seeds are rich in magnesium which converts sugar into usable energy.  

Lemon mint water- Drinking lemon water feels so refreshing as it contains potassium which improves energy levels.
