At the age of 45-50 women start dealing with menopause and before that, they go through a phase called the 'Perimenopause phase'.

During this phase, there are many sudden changes in their body like irregular periods, hot flashes, dryness in vagina, headaches, joint pain, insomnia and fluctuating body weight.

To get relief from these symptoms dietician Manpreet suggests switching to soya flour instead of wheat flour for at least 2-3 times a week. Soya flour is high in isoflavones (phytoestrogens) which provide relief from these symptoms.
