Fashion designer and actor Masaba Gupta recently shared her go-to DIY herbal tea recipe that not only aids digestion but helps alleviate bloating.
Packed with natural and easily accessible kitchen ingredients, this healthy concoction will keep your gut health in check. Here's how to prepare it.
- Take 2 liters of water and add 4 teaspoons of jeera
- 4 teaspoons of coriander seeds
- 4tsp of saunf
- 4 pieces of cardamom
- one-fourth teaspoon of ajwain
Now, boil the concoction till the water reduces to 1.5 liters and your de-bloat tea is ready.
Masaba also advised drinking the tea on an empty stomach or before meals throughout the day for better digestion and to prevent bloating.
