Over 60% Mumbaikars feel sleepy during work, reveals Wakefit study

A recent study conducted by Wakefit revealed that over 60 per cent of Mumbai residents feel sleepy or drowsy at work. There has been a significant jump compared to 2022, where the count was around 53 per cent.

The sixth Great Indian Sleep Scorecard (GISS) report was prepared after surveying 10,000 responders from March 2022 to February 2023. The report also suggested that 31 per cent of respondents stayed up at night worrying about their future and 37 per cent of Mumbaikars slept in places other than their beds.

As per the study, the habit of binge-watching, insomnia as well as the bedroom environment is affecting Mumbaikar's sleep cycle.
