Back acne is a common thing that can appear after waxing, but treating it at the right time is a good way to avoid further infection.
Irritation: The process of waxing involves removing hair from the roots, which can irritate the hair follicles and lead to inflammation, especially in sensitive skin.
Dead Skin Cells: Waxing removes not just the hair but also the top layer of dead skin cells. If this layer is not properly exfoliated or if there is a buildup of dead skin, it can contribute to acne.
Bacterial Infection: The hair follicles, when exposed after waxing, are susceptible to bacteria. Bacterial infection can lead to the development of acne.
Sweating and Friction: Tight clothing, sweating, or friction from rubbing against clothes can exacerbate the irritation and contribute to the development of acne.
