A good night's sleep is the healthiest habit of all, and one must complete 7-8 hours of sleep daily for our body and mind to function well.

Lack of attention

Due to lack of sleep, it gets tough to focus on work. It takes much longer to complete any work without proper sleep.

Lack of sleep can be fatal 

If you aren't getting enough sleep, you may be at risk of various health problems. According to studies done on animals,  lack of sleep can also lead to premature death.

Slows down motor skills 

Motor activity is related to eye movement, reaching somewhere, jumping, avoiding obstacles, etc. When you do not sleep, your motor activity decreases, afecting daily functioning.

Hallucination

According to WebMD, lack of sleep disconnects you from reality. It may make you hallucinate and see things or people which do not exist.
