Harvard researchers conducted a study and found that jobs which require little or no human interaction, make people miserable. The study began in 1938 and it collected health records of 700 people from across the world.
It was found that people who have jobs with the least human interactions and the ones with no room for people to build meaningful relationships with co-workers, end up being more miserable.
It was concluded in the research that creating opportunities for social interaction at workplaces can be good for health of the employees.
