Men suffering from premature ejaculation must take to yoga if they want to last longer in bed.

This was concluded by a study review from Anglia Ruskin University. The team analysed 54 studies including 3,485 men and asked one group to run at least for 30 minutes a day for five days a week and the rest were asked to walk not more than 30 minutes a day for five days a week.

Men who ran lasted for about 30 minutes during sex as compared to the other group who lasted just for 50 seconds by the end of the study. However, another study which asked men to practice yoga for 12 weeks, saw their lasting time during sex rise by almost three times which was from an average of below 26 seconds to almost a minute and a half.

Though study authors said as the studies were based on small number of men, they’ll need more research in this area, but according to them physical activity does help any kind of fertility dysfunction in men.
