Eating dinner at 7 pm is still a thing for some, but according to a new study by Harvard University, eating dinner at 5 pm could be more efficient in helping you lose weight.
The study found that 5 pm is an exceptional time for dinner to improve metabolism. Eating dinner early helps you feel less hungry throughout the day and stops you from extra munching. Also, people who eat late at night burn calories more slowly as their metabolism is slower during late hours.
However, some nutritionists suggest that the ideal time for dinner could be anytime between 6-8 pm so that people can have enough time to digest the food before going to bed.
