Comedian Tanmay Bhat left netizens surprised after he shared pictures of himself after a drastic weight loss. The comedian shared a picture with his friend and fans could easily spot that he has lost oodles of weight. He lost 50 kgs.

In Tanmay's podcast with Kumar Varun, he revealed that dedicating and blocking a certain part of your routine for exercise and workout is of utmost importance. The comedian in his podcast interview revealed that he dedicates two hours from his daily life to hitting the gym and doing an outdoor activity, like badminton. He blocks his time from 5-7 pm every day.
In his interview, Tanmay revealed that never liked lifting weights or getting up early and going to the gym. So instead, he picked a sport he enjoyed, in his case, badminton and kept himself busy and engaged with the sport.
He also spoke about habit stacking and how it helped him in his weight loss journey. The YouTuber explained that he stacked the habit of lifting weights on top of playing badminton. In this way, he lifted weights and also played the sport he loved.
Tanmay also explained how he weighed 168 kilos when he moved to Bangalore and in a few months he came down to 113 kilos. He also revealed that he has to lose 20 more kilos to reach his ideal weight. He explained how mental strength and resilience helped him in his weight loss journey.
Tanmay explained how losing weight is an everyday decision. Every hour one has to make decisions, like should you have that chocolate or not. If you can say no to such thoughts, you are already on the right path to weight loss.
Fasting helps
Revealing details about his diet, Tanmay said in the podcast that for the first six months of his weight loss journey, he just ate salads. Post that, he started fasting and testing his limits. The comedian revealed that now he can do one solid nutritious meal a day, and that will be enough.
