After 16 weeks, the women who had taken up cycling displayed enhanced overall fitness levels, while those who had pursued weightlifting showed increased strength a notable transformation in their facial skin quality was observed.

Researchers suggested that engaging in physical fitness activities positively impacted the skin's elasticity, leading to a modest reduction in sagging. Exercising regularly also enhances visual appeal, reduces wrinkles and contributes to a more youthful look.

The team concluded that the condition of one's skin is not solely dictated by external elements such as sun exposure and dryness, but is also influenced by genetic expression and inflammation, which can be maintained with regular exercise.
