A UK-based fitness expert and a TikToker has shared a 10-minute trick to reduce belly fat. In a video, the expert stands on a yoga mat with her feet spread apart.
Her fingers are clasped together as she raises her right knee toward her left elbow while twisting her body.

The expert recommends doing this on both sides for 30 seconds and repeating the process three times. This exercise is also great for women experiencing menopause and hot flashes.

Foods to eat for belly fat

Avocado: Rich in healthy fats and fiber, avocados can help you feel full and satisfied, reducing the likelihood of overeating.

Berries: High in antioxidants and fiber, berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries can aid in weight loss and reduce belly fat.

Greek Yogurt: Packed with protein and probiotics, Greek yogurt can help regulate digestion and promote a healthy gut, which is linked to reduced belly fat.

Leafy Greens: Vegetables like spinach, kale, and Swiss chard are low in calories and high in fiber, making them excellent choices for reducing belly fat.

Fatty Fish: Salmon, mackerel, and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to reduce visceral fat and improve overall health.

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, and other nuts are high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats, making them a satisfying snack that can help curb hunger and promote weight loss.

Whole Grains: Foods like oats, quinoa, and brown rice are high in fiber and complex carbohydrates, which can help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce belly fat over time.
