We hardly keep a count of tea we consume during winters, as it feels pleasing in this chilly weather. But consuming it too much can be harmful to health. 

Side effects of over drinking tea  

Sleep Disorder - Caffeine present in tea can disturb sleep cycle and might cause mental conditions such as memory loss, fatigue and tiredness.  

Anxiety and Stress- Be it coffee or tea, overdosage on caffeine can worsen anxiety, tension and restlessness.  

Pregnancy Complications - One should avoid drinking tea during pregnancy as it might lead to acidity.

Constipation - Theophylline substance present in tea may harm your digestive system and can cause constipation.
