Nasal congestion is one of the most common problems people face during winters.
Here are some natural home remedies that will prevent nose blockage or runny nose in this cold weather.
Turmeric - To get rid of a blocked or stuffy nose, drink a glass of warm milk mixed with 1 to 2 teaspoons of turmeric.
Ginger-Garlic Juice - The anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of both ginger and garlic help opening nasal passage. Crush both of them to take out their juice. Add some honey to it and drink every morning.
Basil leaves - Boil some basil leaves with black pepper and mix one spoon of honey to it before drinking. If you want you can add basil leaves in your tea as well.
Mint Leaves- Put some mint leaves in water and boil it for 5-10 minutes. Drink this water twice a day for better results.
