According to research conducted in the UK, there has been a 350% increase in people following a vegan diet. And those who practise it, say that is not just a fashion trend as it is a lifestyle choice that they are opting for themselves and for the society.
As per the Vegan Society, veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks you not to practise all forms of exploitation of and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, or other purposes.
