'It Ends With Us' star Blake Lively's fitness routine and diet secrets unveiled

'It Ends With Us' actor Blake Lively has been making headlines since the release of her latest film. The diva has always managed to woo her fans with her gorgeous attires and stunning appearances. However, what remains untold is how she keeps fit and what she eats to have that never-dying glow.

Let us delve deep into her motivating workout routine and diet.

Blake Lively's workout routine

The mom of four, who’s currently basking in the success of her latest release It Ends With Us is trained by Don Saladino.  In a 2023 interview with Women’s Health, Don revealed that Blake exercises four to six times a week. Saladino further mentioned that he splits the workouts into ‘linear days’ and ‘lateral days’. On other days, he divides the workouts into upper and lower body days. 

The trainer revealed that Blake mostly focuses on her core, glutes and arms. Each workout session ends with a burst of intense cardio like power walking on the treadmill.

Speaking about her workout routine, Don told People, "We would do an upper-body workout Monday, lower body Tuesday. Wednesday was a playful pool workout where she would do laps. Thursday was upper body, Friday lower body and Saturday we were focusing on the accessory movers: the arms, the shoulders."

Blake Lively's Diet Secrets

Blake Lively leads a simple and alcohol-free life. The diva has given up alcohol for good. Blake Lively's trainer revealed in an interview with People that Lively eats well-balanced meals, "She had a protein, a vegetable, and a slow-burning carb.”

He also recalled how during the shoot of The Shallows, the diva switched to a gluten-free diet that consisted of sweet potatoes, gluten-free oatmeal, and white rice. He also revealed that Blake does not have a private chef and prefers to cook her own meals.
