Shanti Devi, recipient of the National Award for her exceptional Madhubani paintings, proudly displayed her masterpiece titled 'Chandrayaan-3' at the G20 art and craft exhibition pavilion inside the Bharat Mandapam.
She expressed her gratitude, stating, "The Indian Government extended a gracious invitation for the G20 event. My initial introduction to Chandrayaan was through a newspaper article, which inspired me to depict it through my art. I am elated to have this opportunity."
At Bharat Mandapam, the G20 Leaders' Summit venue, a multitude of exhibitions are running concurrently, presenting a diverse spectrum of India's culture, art, crafts, and technological strides.
The 'Culture Corridor-G20 Digital Museum' is spotlighting the collective heritage of G-20 member nations and invitee countries.
Additionally, a digital museum has been established at Bharat Mandapam, featuring France's renowned artwork 'Mona Lisa', Germany's historic 'Gutenberg’s Bible', and a statue of the deity 'Coatlicue' contributed by Mexico.
