Tea lovers here's news for you! A woman from South Africa has set a Guinness World Record for making the most cups of tea in an hour.
Ingar Valentyn made 249 cups of rooibos tea, which is a red herbal tea that comes from the leaves of the Aspalathus linearis shrub.
To achieve this record, Ingar needed to make a minimum of 150 cups of tea within an hour. However, Valentyn came up with a clear strategy by using four tea bags in each teapot, which made four cups of tea.
As her task was going on, she thought that she must have crossed the 150 mark as the hour drew to a close. But to her surprise, she ended up making much more than that; 249 cups of tea in just an hour. Impressive, right?
