Kokilaben Ambani organized a garba and dandiya night in Mumbai last night for her grandson, Anant Ambani, and his fiancée, Radhika Merchant.
Bride-to-be Radhika Merchant looked stunning in a royal intricately embroidered purple lehenga for the event. She accessorised her look with a heavy choker and earrings. Photographs circulating online show the Ambani family's close friends and relatives enjoying the dandiya night.
The event was attended by the happy couple, their families, and friends, including Shikhar and Veer Pahariya. Veer Pahariya’s rumoured girlfriend, former Miss World Manushi Chhillar, was also present.
Singer Parthiv Gohil captivated the guests with his performance at the garba and dandiya night. Gohil has been a prominent feature at the Ganpati festivities at Mukesh Ambani’s luxurious Mumbai residence, Antilia, for almost a decade.
The Ambani-Merchant wedding ceremony has begun with the mameru ceremony in Mumbai. The mameru ceremony is a traditional ceremony in Gujaratis where the maternal uncle aka Mama gives the bride-to-be many gifts.
In mameru ceremony, Isha Ambani chose a traditional bandhani outfit, celebrated for its distinctive patterns and vibrant colours. Her stunning orange ensemble showcased an enchanting bandhani design with intricate silver crystal embellishments. She completed the look with a matching waist belt and ruffled detailing at the bottom.
In contrast, Shloka, the elder daughter-in-law, opted for a pink and orange salwar suit adorned with heavy golden embellishments. Paired with a diamond necklace and diamond drop earrings, Shloka looked gorgeous in her desi avatar.
