In 2022, we came across quiet quitting, quiet firing and moonlighting. Now a group of TikTok influencers are obsessing over a new workplace trend called 'rage-applying'.

A TikTok user Redweez shared a video in which she said that she landed up on a job with a raise of $25,000 when she got frustrated and rage applied for more than 15 jobs.

What is rage-applying?

As the name suggests, this is a trend where employees take out their aggression and start applying for multiple jobs in one go without thinking much. It is mostly the result of dissatisfaction with their current employer, position, perks among others.
