Society's intense fascination with Gen Z's approach to work has once again hit a high point, triggered by a TikTok video featuring a young woman venting her job-related frustrations.
TikTok user Brielle Asero, posted a video online that garnered millions of views, where she complained about the lack of personal time at the end of her workday.
In the video, she mentioned, "I get on the train at 7:30 a.m, and I don't get home until 6:15 p.m. I have no time left for my personal work or to meet friends."
Her video resonated with peers who flooded the comments section, sparking a debate among users. Some empathized with her, saying things like "Gen Z girl discovering the reality of a job," while others were less sympathetic, with comments like "Omg, poor baby, it's her first job," and so on.
Ms Asero then poses two questions for her followers online: "How do you have friends? How do you have time to meet a guy?"
