Going away for the long weekend? Here’s a super simple packing hack for you. Packing for a short trip is hard as you don’t want to miss out on carrying anything. But this 5-4-3-2-1 packing method by blogger Geneva Vanderzeil will help you pack easily. It means you must pack five tops, four bottoms, three pairs of shoes, two dresses and a set of accessories like hats, jewellery, bag or sunglasses. This trick really allows you 60 different combinations of clothes and shoes which can even work for a two-month trip. Now go pack and have an amazing trip.

In her series of videos, Geneva Vanderzeil shared how the method could be adapted in various ways. An accessory set might include items like jewelry, sunglasses, and a hat, and the arrangement can be tailored based on the location, occasion, and weather.

For instance, if you're heading to the beach, you might pack a bathing suit, or if you're traveling to a colder climate, you could choose two jackets instead of two dresses. In one recent video, she creatively swapped accessories for a pair of overalls, confidently demonstrating this chic alternative.
