Summer vacations are in full swing and a family vacation is a must during this time. And a trip to a new place is incomplete without trying the local food. However, you must take precautions choosing the food so that you do not fall sick.

When you are going to try street food, it is important to check if it is freshly made and if the utensils that are being used to make them are clean.

If you are a non-vegetarian, then do not eat food that has raw or undercooked meat in them as it puts you at risk of food poisoning.

Other than these things, water is also one of the main reasons for making you fall sick. So, one should keep in mind to not drink tap or open water because bacteria and germs might be present in it.

Apart from this, if you are not used to eating fried food, then it is advisable to avoid eating them in excess, as it may upset your stomach.
