The Family Man 2 star shared her wellness routine, starting her day at 6:30 am with sunlight exposure, followed by oil pulling and using a gua sha tool.
Her 7 am workout involves strength and bodyweight exercises. Before work, she prays, offers gratitude, and uses a red light therapy mask while on the way. She also refreshes her face by dipping it in ice water to prep for the day ahead.
She further said, "At 6 pm, there is red light therapy, followed by pickleball at 7 pm. 9.30 pm is meditation and hit the bed at 10 pm."
