How R Madhavan lost oodles of weight in 21 days

In an interview with Curly Tales, the actor revealed that he lost all the weight without surgery, medications and exercise. He re-shared the clip on Twitter and revealed how he lost weight without following an exercise routine. He wrote, "Intermittent fasting, heavy chewing of food 45-60 times (drink your food and chew your water).. last meal at 6.45 pm. Only cooked food -nothing raw at all post 3 pm.. early morning long walks and early night deep sleep (no screen time 90 min before bed)… plenty of fluids.. lots of green vegetables and food that is easily metabolised by your body and healthy. Nothing processed at all."

What is intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is a diet pattern that cycles between regular eating and a fasting period. Rather than specifying what to eat, this popular fitness routine focuses on when you must eat. Department of Medicine at the University of Illinois reported that apart from increased metabolism, intermittent fasting is also an effective way to reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes and heart disease.
