Indian singles are more open to exploring when it comes to dating. And, now the latest dating trend has emerged and that is called 'ethical sex-ploration.' As per the latest survey of Bumble, Indian singles are reconsidering the traditional norms surrounding dating and romantic relationships, challenging the established status quo in the process.
The latest dating trend is called ethical sex-ploration and as per Bumble's data, about 50% of people are approaching sex, intimacy, and dating in an open and exploratory way with more than half of Indians agreeing that it is important to discuss sexual needs and wants in the early phase of dating.
Findings also revealed that 61% of surveyed single Indians are embracing a heightened willingness to venture into ethical non-monogamy (including open relationships and polygamy) compared to the past.
Notably, 60% of the participants envision ethical non-monogamy as a progressive trend moving forward. Paradoxically, an intriguing 67% of single Indians acknowledge that monogamous relationships demand significant effort but ultimately hold substantial value.
Moreover, more women than men count emotional intimacy or intelligence as a priority when it comes to going forward with a serious or a long-term relationship.
