US-based robotic engineers have recently created ‘world’s fastest shoes’ which they claim can boost a wearer’s walking speed up to 11 km per hour. So, now you’ll able to walk 250 per cent faster than you usually do.
Called Moonwalkers, the shoes have eight small wheels. They come with a 300-watt electric motor and are powered by AI algorithms. The shoes have a special lock mode to climb stairs and one can also walk on any terrain while wearing them.
Each shoe weighs almost 1.9 kg, takes 1.5 hours to charge and helps one cover a distance of almost 10 km in one charge. They cost almost Rs 1,15,960 (USD 1,399) and the deliveries will begin next year in March.
