Oscars 2021 has witnessed the lowest ever TV ratings this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to reports, the 93rd Academy Awards broke the record of last year's Oscar's low viewership. Viewers plunged to 9.85 million this year.

Reportedly this was 58% lower than last year's tally of 23.6 million viewers, which had set the record for the previous lowest-rated Oscar broadcast.
