Reliance takes the vaccination lead, 98% employees vaccinated

India Inc is gearing to get back to work as large corporations look at completion of vaccination drive. Mukesh Ambani backed Reliance stated that more than 98% of its 2.36 lakh employees have received at least one dose against Covid-19. 

For tech giant Infosys who is looking for employees to return to work has inoculated only 59% of it's workforce while peer TCS has covered over 70% of it's much larger employee base.

India's largest company by market value Reliance is looking at beyond just it's own employees. Reliance Foundation and Reliance Foundation Hospital have begun free vaccination for underprivileged communities, wherein additional 10 lakh doses will be administered under the 'We Care Initiative', they said.
