Filmmaker Karan Johar has quashed the rumours of shelving his ambitious project 'Takht'.

In an interview with entertainment portal Spotboye, the filmmaker has revealed that 'Takht' is not shelved and that it’s just delayed as he is currently occupied with three films 'Jug Jugg Jeey', 'Liger' and 'Brahmastra'.

KJO also revealed that once these projects are completed, he will restart work on the Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal-starrer 'Takht'.

Touted to be a historical drama,'Takht' narrates the story of Mughal emperor Aurangzeb and his brother Dara Shikoh, and their fight for the throne.
