West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday alleged that the BJP has contributed to the spike in coronavirus cases in the state by bringing “outsiders” for campaigning during elections. Assembly elections are being conducted in the state and four of the eight voting phases are over.
