Premarital pregnancy is something that is still frowned upon in India, but there are many Bollywood celebrities who chose to break this social stereotype and focused on living their lives happily on their own terms.

Dia Mirza

Dia Mirza announced her pregnancy soon after her second marriage with Mumbai-based businessman Vaibhav Rekhi. The actor was trolled by netizens who questioned the timing of her marriage to Vaibhav.
Replying to one Instagram user, Dia said that their decision to get married was not a result of her pregnancy. She added ‘there must never be any shame attached to this beautiful journey’.\

Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi welcomed their first daughter Mehr within 6 months of their marriage. They had tied the knot in May 2018 in Delhi and announced the birth to their baby in November.
On Neha’s show NoFilterWithNeha, the couple admitted that the ‘Julie’ actor was pregnant before their marriage.

Natasha Stankovic

Model-actor Natasha got engaged in January 2020 and they surprised everyone with the news of their marriage and pregnancy in May. Model-actress shared her maternity album as well. Natasha and Hardik welcomed son Agastya on July 30, 2020.

Neena Gupta

Neena was in a relationship with West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards and she welcomed daughter Masaba Gupta out of wedlock.
The actor has talked about not settling for a marriage of convenience while she was pregnant with her daughter, whom she chose to raise as a single mother.

 Kalki Koechlin

Kalki Koechlin welcomed her first child with her boyfriend-Iranian musician Guy Hersberg in February 2020. The couple named their baby girl Sappho.
