Ganesh Chaturthi 2022 : The auspicious festival of Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated across the nation on August 31 this year. Let's celebrate the day of Lord Ganesha in a musical way with these Bollywood songs.

‘Gajanana’ - ‘Bajirao Mastani’ (2015) 

This energetic track is voiced by Sukhwinder Singh and the lyrics are penned by Prashant Ingole. The music had been composed by filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The song, which features Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Priyanka Chopra, is high on beats and it will keep you hooked till the end.   

'Shambhu Sutaya'- ‘Any Body Can Dance' (2013) 

This peppy number is sung by Shankar Mahadevan and Vishal Dadlani, composed by Sachin Jigar, and the lyrics are penned by Mayur Puri. This upbeat track shows the jaw-dropping moves of ‘ABCD’ cast. The song is a highly devotional yet high-spirited number. 

‘Deva Shri Ganesha’ – ‘Agneepath’ (2012) 

This dance number is composed by Ajay-Atul and the lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The song features Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi. Hrithik Roshan's character pays tribute to Lord Ganesha with his effortless and mesmerizing dance moves. 

‘Mourya Re’- ‘Don’ (2006)

‘Mourya Re’ is crooned by Shankar Mahadevan. The heartfelt lyrics of the melodious track are written by Javed Akhtar and music composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The song features Shahrukh Khan and his dance moves are worth remembering. This song perfectly captures the feel of the festival. 

‘Sindoor Lal Chadayo’- ‘Vaastav’ (1999) 

This Bollywood song is from the movie ‘Vaastav’ featuring Sanjay Dutt. It is sung by Ravindra Sathe. The music of the song has been composed by Jatin-Lalit.  This is simplified Hindi version of Marathi Ganpati aarti and it is truly soothing to the ears.
