Star couple Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth have announced that they are expecting their first child together. The couple shared photos from a shoot in which Ishita is seen flaunting her baby bump. ‘Baby on Board’, they wrote. The actors were seen in coordinated outfits at the beach.
The comment section of their post is filled with congratulatory messages. Actors Aparna Dixit and Bhakhtyar M Irani are among those who have reacted to the news.

In a recent interview with TOI, Ishita talked about her pregnancy and said that she had planned something big to share the news with Vatsal. However, she could not wait and hence told Vatsal immediately.

Vatsal added, ‘We have been married for five years, but we hadn’t made a conscious decision to have children only after we are settled in our careers. Just like marriage is a milestone, having a child is another milestone. Work keeps happening and you continue to work hard, but welcoming our baby will definitely be the beginning of a beautiful new chapter in our lives.’

Talking about working during pregnancy, Ishita said, ‘As long as the makers are okay with my pregnancy, I will continue to shoot. I want to continue working post pregnancy, too. Of course, when the baby arrives, a lot of things will change and life will take a new direction, but I would like to start working once we settle down after a few months.’

On the work front, Ishita Dutta was last seen in ‘Drishyam 2’.
