Actor Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for the release of his next film ‘Chandu Champion’, set to hit theatres on June 14.

During a recent interview with Mumbai Times, the actor participated in a rapid-fire round where he was asked fun questions. One question asked him to choose between Sara Ali Khan and Kiara Advani as his favourite co-stars.

The actor initially laughed and said, ‘Yaar aap to phasa rahe ho, main isme kaise jawaab dunga. (You are trying to get me in a fix. How will I answer this?).’ After this, he replied, Vidya Balan.

For those unaware, Vidya will co-star with him in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’.

Kartik was also asked to choose between Kabir Khan and Luv Ranjan. The actor couldn't pick one and said it was 'genuinely difficult' for him to choose between the two filmmakers.

In his recent Instagram post, Kartik shared a video featuring his 18-month-long preparation for ‘Chandu Champion’. He also penned a note saying that it is an emotion he believed.

Kartik Aaryan captioned the video, ‘9 days to go. Chandu Nai Champion Hai Main is not just a line… it’s an emotion I believed and lived through for the past 18 months #ChanduChampion #14thJune.’

Kartik is seen working with fitness trainer Tridev Pandey while prepping for the film and he documented moments from it in a video. His routine included boxing, muscle training, and intense workout sessions.
