'Pathaan': Shah Rukh Khan is tired of Bollywood cliches as he announces OTT release date

Actor Shah Rukh Khan's blockbuster 'Pathaan' is all set to premiere on Prime Video on Wednesday, March 22. The streaming platform announced the news on social media, sharing the promo, they captioned it, 'nothing, just Pathaan sharing some news with you, watch #PathaanOnPrime, Mar 22 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.'

The promo stars Shah Rukh Khan and Bhuvan Bam, it starts with SRK saying 'fasten your seat belts, Pathaan is coming on Prime Video.' The next moment he gets irritated with a repetitive line for the film announcement. He is also seen teasing Bhuvan who tried to help him with the promo dialogues. 

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film also starred Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in key roles.  The film backed by Yash Raj Films has become the most successful Hindi movie of all time. As it continues to play in theaters across the world, including those in the US, Canada, UAE, Egypt, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, it celebrated its 50th day on March 15. ‘Pathaan’ has already made over 540 crores at the domestic box office.
